All new clients are encouraged to take advantage of our free 30 minute consultation that includes a meeting to discuss goals and challenges, BMI calculations, and a physical fitness assessment.

My name is Adam Ortega, and I have been in the fitness Industry for 10 years. It has always been a passion of mine to help others achieve their optimal fitness goals.
I am originally from Mid Michigan and was a three sport athlete throughout high school. After I graduated, I went on to play minor league football, but there was always something more I wanted than just playing sports. Many people that know me now aren’t aware that I too struggled with my own body image. I lost 40 lbs and was able to become lean and sculpted.
