Our Methodology
We begin every client journey with a complimentary 30-minute consultation that provides valuable insights into your fitness goals and challenges. This session includes a meeting to discuss your objectives, BMI calculations, and a physical fitness assessment to assess your starting point.

About Our Founder
A Passion for Fitness and Athleticism
Adam Ortega's journey into fitness started over 10 years ago, driven by his lifelong passion for helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Originally from Mid-Michigan, Adam was a three-sport athlete in high school, where he developed his deep commitment to fitness and athletics. After graduation, he pursued a career in minor league football, but his journey would soon take a more personal turn as he began to seek more than just playing sports.

Personal Transformation and Professional Growth
Adam's path to becoming a body transformation specialist was forged through his own struggle with body image. Having once struggled with weight, he lost 40 pounds and transformed his physique, which ignited his passion to help others do the same. Earning certifications from ISSA and NASM, he opened his own fitness center, which he successfully ran for several years. Following his time as a gym owner, he transitioned to working in a physical therapy clinic where he specialized in athletic development, strength, and mobility, supporting both pre- and post-op patients.
Serving the Chagrin Falls Community
In search of new opportunities to broaden his fitness expertise, Adam relocated to the Chagrin Falls area. His goal was clear: to serve a vibrant community and help individuals achieve their fitness goals. Adam’s philosophy focuses on working smarter, not harder. He believes in a personalized, one-on-one approach to fitness, where each individual has the chance to discuss their goals and create a custom plan for success. For Adam, fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach but a tailored journey that empowers clients to reach their fullest potential.
