At The Set Fitness, we believe that individual goals are driven by three primary factors: nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. We use these factors to create a customized and measurable plan for each client tailored to their lifestyle and goals. Contracts? Who needs them! Our Methodology

All new clients are encouraged to take advantage of our free 30 minute consultation that includes a meeting to discuss goals and challenges, BMI calculations, and a physical fitness assessment.

Based on the assessment and your goals, we will recommend one of three packages:

  • Weight Loss Package - for individuals that want to burn fat while increasing lean muscle
  • Strength and Toning Package - for individuals that are at or near their desired BMI and would like to focus on toning and sculpting muscles
  • Muscle Building Package - for individuals that want to build muscle mass

Founder and Coach

My name is Adam Ortega, and I have been in the fitness Industry for over 10 years. It has always been a passion of mine to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I am originally from Mid Michigan and was a three sport athlete throughout high school. After I graduated, I went on to play minor league football, but there was always something more I wanted than just playing sports. Many people that know me now aren’t aware that I too struggled with my own body image. I lost 40 lbs and was able to become lean and sculpted. It was there I found my calling in being a body transformation specialist. I received my personal training certification through ISSA and NASM.
